More about the position
The duties for the first few months will be centered around pre configuration, onsite installation and end user profile setup for Windows 10 replacement machines. You will need a dependable car, a secure dedicated remote workspace at your home, business casual attire (Team shirts will be provided) and your best professional acumen. You will work together with the team to assemble a field laptop bag containing onsite tools, supplies and computer parts that need to be at hand. You will be provided a detail setup sheet for each workstation and are expected to follow it exactly. Anything that is unclear should be questioned. We want to send you onsite and in front of a client set up for success and the end user to have a WOW experience. This goal requires proactive thinking & proactive communications from you. Time is money in our business, and you will be expected to account for all of your work and travel time. These together with the work details for each are expected to be entered into our ticketing system same day (at the client site if possible). You will be compensated for all work time, (client facing, working with a member of the team, or on independent tasks).
