Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Level 3 IT Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support and infrastructure management in a remote environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in remote monitoring and management (RMM), endpoint security, system backups, and end-user desktop support.
This role requires troubleshooting complex technical issues, maintaining system reliability, and supporting users across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 technical support for desktops, laptops, and user environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced IT issues escalated from lower support levels.
- Manage and monitor systems using ConnectWise RMM.
- Utilize Autotask PSA for ticket management, documentation, and workflow tracking.
- Perform system monitoring, patch management, and proactive maintenance through RMM tools.
- Manage and verify data backups and disaster recovery processes.
- Detect, investigate, and resolve virus/malware/security threats.
- Provide remote end-user support including software installations, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Ensure IT systems meet security and performance standards.
