Role: ITOM AIOPS Developer (Automation Developer)
Experience Range: 6 to 10 Years
Location: Pan India
Must Have:
ServiceNow ITOM & AIOps Expertise – Strong experience in Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and AIOps implementations.Automation & Scripting – Hands-on development experience using Python, PowerShell, Shell Scripting, o r JavaScript for operational automation and remediation.Integrations & APIs – Experience integrating monitoring and ITSM tools using REST APIs, JSON/XML, Integration Hub, and web services.Monitoring & Event Correlation – Strong knowledge of monitoring tools, event management, alert correlation, noise reduction, and root cause analysis. Good-to-Have:Cloud & DevOps Knowledge – Experience with Azure/AWS, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.Infrastructure Automation & Observability – Exposure to Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and Observability platforms.
