This is a learning and growth role intended to build foundational fullstack engineering skills. You will be joining our Engineering team responsible for the development and delivery of our recruitment management platform, where you will support the team, learn our codebase, and contribute to software delivery under the mentorship of experienced engineers.

How will this position be evaluated in the first 3, 6 & 12 months?
- 3 Months: Focus on learning the tech stack and team rituals; begins contributing small, supervised tasks and grows product knowledge.
- 6 Months: Writes clear code with guidance; participates effectively in grooming sessions; increases autonomy in task completion.
- 12 Months: Consistently delivers high-quality code with minimal guidance; actively contributes to workshops; shows clear growth toward a mid-level engineering role.

- Foundational knowledge of .NET Core and C#
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular or React)
