Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications using JSP and J2EE
Collaborate directly with clients and product teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Deploy and manage services in AWS, leveraging serverless and microservices architectures
Participate in architectural reviews, performance optimization, and code quality enforcement
Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient development workflows
Apply software engineering best practices, including OOD, design patterns, and test-driven development
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery
Job Requirements:
6+ years of hands-on Java development experience
Expert in JSP and J2EE frameworks with strong backend system knowledge
2+ years of experience working in AWS cloud environments
Solid understanding of microservices and scalable software architectures
Proficient in modern CI/CD tooling and deployment pipelines
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Proven experience collaborating directly with clients or stakeholders
Must be a former Amazon engineer with verifiable tenure
