Job description

Skill: Java Senior

Experience Required: 8+ Year

Location: Bangalore - Hybrid

  • 8+ years building and scaling backend (BE) systems in enterprise environments

  • Strong hands-on development in Java (preferred) and/or Go / Rust

  • Experience working with cloud-native databases (managed SQL/NoSQL, distributed DB concepts)

  • Proven ownership of operational excellence (Opex): observability, resiliency, alerting/on-call readiness, and improving MTTD/MTTR

  • Solid exposure to CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and cloud infrastructure (IaC, containerization, orchestration, networking basics)

  • Ability to drive system architecture for high-scale, high-availability enterprise systems (performance, reliability, security, cost)

  • Demonstrated mentorship capabilities and project/technical leadership across teams (design reviews, execution planning, stakeholder alignment)
