YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a Java Developer to join our team in Lisbon (hybrid work).
Your main responsabilities will be:
- Gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Translate business needs into scalable and efficient technical solutions
- Develop high-quality backend services ensuring best practices (Clean Code, Gitflow, Agile)
- Communicate effectively and produce clear technical documentation in English
YOUR PROFILE
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development
- Strong experience in backend development using Java (8+) and Spring Boot
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases
- Familiarity with Gitflow or other code branching strategies
- Experience creating and maintaining technical solution documentation
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Fluent in Portuguese and advanced in English
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
