世界的な製造業企業向けのApplication Management Services（AMS）プロジェクトです。本プロジェクトでは既存業務アプリケーションの運用・保守に加え、機能改善や継続的なサービス向上を推進します。日本側チームおよびオフショアチームと連携しながら、安定したシステム運用とビジネス価値向上を支援していただきます。

主な業務内容:
  • Javaベースの業務アプリケーションに対するL2/L3サポート
  • SLAに基づく障害分析およびインシデント解決
  • 不具合分析、バグ修正、アプリケーショントラブルシューティング
  • リリースおよびデプロイメント対応
  • 業務要件に基づく機能追加およびシステム改善開発
  • 技術設計書や開発ドキュメントの作成・更新
  • コーディング、単体テスト、結合テストの実施
  • コードレビューおよび開発標準の遵守
  • Incident／Problem／Change／Release Managementプロセスへの参画
  • 再発防止に向けたRoot Cause Analysis（RCA）の実施
  • システム安定性・性能向上に向けた改善提案および実行


Requirements

応募条件
  • Javaを用いたアプリケーション開発経験4年以上
  • AMS（Application Management Services）またはアプリケーション運用保守プロジェクト経験
  • 本番環境における障害対応、インシデント管理、問題分析経験
  • 日本語での業務遂行能力およびオフショアチームと連携可能な英語コミュニケーション能力

尚可条件
  • Agile開発手法に関する知識または実務経験
  • SDLC全体に関する理解
  • Change Management、Problem Managementプロセスの実務経験
  • 複雑な障害に対するコード解析およびトラブルシューティング経験
  • オンサイト・オフショア混在型プロジェクトでの業務経験
  • 製造業向けシステム開発または保守経験
