Frameworks e.g. – JSF, Spring, Hibernate, MyBatis 

Web Service development 

Messaging systems (WebSphere MQ) 

SQL / PL SQL or similar query language for DB2, Oracle 


Experience of tools like – Eclipse,RAD, TOAD, SVN, Clearcase, Checkstyle etc. 

Unit testing frameworks – like use of Mockito, NG etc.

Creation and maintenance of database objects e.g. Procedures, Packages, Triggers, Constraints

Healthcare / Insurance domain knowledge

Concepts of using Agile Methodology


Generic Managerial Skills :


Leading and Mentoring both Onsite and Offshore 

Creating Project Plan and Track status 

Handling Customer communications and Management reporting 

Experience in Health Care (preferable)



Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field or equivalent work experience
