Job description

1.负责坐席系统（呼叫中心/在线客服/智能路由）的核心模块设计与开发，保障系统高可用、高并发
2.基于云原生架构（Kubernetes + 微服务）进行系统改造与演进，推动容器化部署与服务治理
3.参与坐席分配、排队调度、状态机等核心业务逻辑的设计与实现
4.负责音视频通话链路、信令交互、媒体处理等相关模块的开发与优化
5.参与大模型/Agent能力与坐席系统的集成，构建智能化客服场景
6.负责系统监控、告警、性能调优，保障生产环境稳定运行
7.参与Code Review，推动工程规范落地，指导初级开发

1.本科及以上学历，计算机/通信相关专业，3-5年后端研发经验
2.云原生实操经验：熟悉 Kubernetes/Docker，有微服务架构设计与落地经验，了解 Service Mesh / Istio 优先
3.编程语言：Java/Go 至少精通一门，Python 可加分
4.中间件：熟悉 Kafka、Redis、MySQL，了解分布式事务、幂等、限流降级
5,坐席/呼叫中心领域：有呼叫中心、客服系统、CTI、SIP/WebRTC 经验者优先
6,熟悉高并发、高可用系统设计
7.具备良好的工程习惯：单测、Code Review、CI/CD、文档意识
8.熟悉 AI Coding 工具（Claude Code / Cursor / Copilot 等），能借助 AI 提升研发效率者优先
