ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for Trainee or Junior Software Engineers eager to kickstart their careers in software development and data engineering. This role offers hands-on experience on real-world projects, where you’ll collaborate with senior engineers, contribute to frontend, backend, or data solutions, and grow your technical skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment. It’s an opportunity to build a strong foundation while shaping your career trajectory.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Support the design, development, and maintenance of software applications;

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code;

- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams;

- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions;

- Assist in debugging and resolving technical issues;

- Continuously learn and improve technical and problem-solving skills.

MUST HAVES

- 0–2 years of professional experience (internships included);

- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field (or currently pursuing);

- Basic knowledge in at least one of the following: React (JavaScript / TypeScript), Java, Python, Data Engineering fundamentals (SQL, ETL concepts, data pipelines);

- Understanding of basic software development principles;

- Good communication skills in English;

- Strong willingness to learn and grow;

- Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

- Experience with Git and version control;

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure);

- Exposure to databases (SQL or NoSQL);

- Personal or academic projects showcasing practical skills.
