Role Brief:
We are looking for someone who is truly passionate about programming and carries an enthusiasm for coding. If you understand the nuances of design patterns and algorithms while following the best practices of software development, this role is for you. As part of the role, you will contribute to the design and architecture to enable secure, scalable, and maintainable software and clearly articulate the implications of design/architectural decisions.
Education Qualification: Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in CS/IT
Prior work experience: Minimum 5 years
Career Break: 12 months or more
Location: Hyderabad /Bangalore Mode of Working: Hybrid mode of working with 2-3 days work from office
Role Accountabilities:
• Working with Business, Engineering (Dev) & other teams to assess the CHUBB IT Landscape/Business requirements to ideate software solutions
• Designing, developing and deployment in Agile project delivery mode.
• Developing front end website architecture and back-end website applications through appealing visual design
• Designing user interactions on web pages while creating servers and databases for functionality
• Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.

• Testing software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Working with other software engineers for one or more Agile scrum teams assigned to work on the project
• Conducting design and code reviews to ensure code developed meets coding best practices guidelines, unit testing, security, and scalability and maintainability guidelines
