- Course Delivery: Conducting training sessions in both theoretical knowledge and practical skills required for full stack development. This involves explaining concepts, demonstrating coding practices, and guiding hands-on exercises.
- Hands-on Coding Support: Assisting students with their coding exercises, projects, and assignments. Providing troubleshooting and debugging assistance as needed.
- Skill Assessment: Evaluating students' progress through quizzes, exams, and project evaluations. Providing constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.
- Technology Updates: Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in full-stack development. Updating course content accordingly to ensure relevance.
- Mentoring and Guidance: Offering mentorship and career guidance to students, helping them navigate their learning path and understand industry expectations.
- Classroom Management: Managing classroom dynamics to ensure a productive and supportive learning environment. Addressing student questions and concerns effectively.
- Collaboration: Working closely with other trainers, curriculum developers, and administrators to improve the quality of the training program continuously.
