Job Description
- 5 to 10 yrs Experience
- Work as L3 support in production support engagement.
- Experience supporting multiple applications in production environment, given the exposure to production systems, candidate should have excellent understanding of how production systems work
- Strong debugging skills and experience doing root cause analyses and providing quicker workarounds and defect fixes
