Job description

【岗位职责】
1、能够独立完成中大型项目的搭建、系统分析及设计，能够主导完成核心代码的开发，确保项目的质量和进度
2、有企业级产品的架构经验和能力
3、能够按照开发规范和流程独立完成迭代周期内的需求交付工作，并能够优化团队开发效率
4、参与飞书深诺技术架构全面升级建设过程中的开发与设计工作
5、负责初/中/高级程序开发人员培养工作
6、负责日常联调/协查工作

【任职要求】
1、10年以上Java开发/架构经验，本科以上学历（计算机相关专业优先）
2、掌握至少一种微服务开发框架，包括但不限于SpringCloud，Dubbo
3、掌握至少一种消息中间件，如RabbitMQ，Kafka，掌握至少一种任务调度框架，如Saturn，elasticJob
3、熟练掌握如redis，MySQL，elasticSearch，maven，git等技能，有JVM调优经验和数据库调优经验者优先
4、有良好的团队协作和沟通能力，积极主动，既能独立完成工作也能有效融入团队
5、对海外媒体/国内媒体的marketing API有一定的经验
6、有过大型分布式并发系统开发经验，有广告/AI行业背景者优先
7、积极拥抱AI，对于AI相关知识的储备、AI在工程提效，业务产品应用方面有自己的见解
8、有良好的质量意识和生产环境意识
