Java L3 Production Support
Work Location: Bangalore Only
Experience: 6 to 10 Years
Must-Have Skills:
- Apache Kafka, Java, Spring Boot
- JSON/YAML, Git, Maven, GitHub
- CI/CD Pipelines
- SQL, Linux, Bash Scripting
- L3 Production/Application Support Experience
- Monitoring & Alerting Tools (DataDog, Dynatrace, etc.)
- Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills
- Basic Angular/Java Development Knowledge
- Database Troubleshooting and Analysis
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- SAML, SASL/OAuth
- ServiceNow, JIRA
- PowerShell Scripting
- Azure Cloud
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments, preferably within global financial institutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L3 support for Kafka-based enterprise applications and platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, performance issues, and service disruptions.
- Monitor application and platform health and drive proactive issue resolution.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure platform stability and reliability.
- Support CI/CD activities, deployments, and operational excellence initiatives.
