Senior Technical Lead Developer (Angular & Java Full Stack)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Lead Developer to lead and guide our development teams in building robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:
  • Mentor and guide a team of talented developers.
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in Angular, Java, and other relevant technologies.
  • Define and enforce best practices for software development and coding standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
• Software Development:
  • Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using Angular, Java, Spring Boot, Micro service and other relevant technologies.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Project Management:
  • Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Estimate effort, plan schedules, and track project progress.
  • Identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Implement robust testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong proficiency in Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
• Hands on experience of web technologies like Angular 14/ 16, NgRx Store, RxJs, HTML/HTML 5, HTML, CSS/CSS3, RWD (Responsive Web Designing), LESS, SCSS,
• Deep understanding of web development concepts, including JavaScript & TypeScript
• Experience in writing unit test cases for Angular
• Must have strong Java/Spring Boot backend experience, with a primary skill set in designing and building REST-based APIs.
• Develop and maintain APIs for web-based applications, focusing on high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
