Job description

工作职责
• 负责协同办公产品架构设计以及基础框架支撑,对新技术进行预研.
• 负责技术方案的设计、评审，并指导落地.
• 负责把控核心仓库代码质量，组织代码 Review, 提升整体质量.
• 负责线上系统性能优化，并解决开发过程中遇到的关键技术问题.
• 负责指导、培养高级工程师，帮助团队成员学习与成长.
• 负责优化团队工作流程,提升工作效率.

任职要求
• 本科及以上学历，5 年以内服务端研发经验.
• Java 基础扎实，熟悉JVM以及底层机制 ,JVM 调优经验, 熟练掌握数据结构，常用设计模式；精通多线程, NIO/AIO, JUC 等.
• 熟悉分布式、缓存、消息队列等机制.
• 熟悉常用网络协议, 对TCP, UDP 有深入理解.
• 熟悉 MySQL ,Redis 等常见数据存服务,具备性能优化经验.
• 熟悉 Linux，对 Linux 系统调优有相关经验.
• 有大型业务系统的架构设计和实施能力，对系统和业务抽象有丰富经验，熟悉大流量、高并发、高性能的设计及应用，需要较强的逻辑分析、数据分析、问题排查能力.
• 能够承担核心代码功能的实现以及性能调优.
• 有一定的项目规划和决策能力，善于发现各阶段问题，并给出有效的解决方案.
• 热爱技术，高度的责任心,工作认真、严谨，对系统质量严格要求的意识，良好的沟通表达能力，善于沟通与团队协作；
