Job description

1. 负责公司泛微OA系统的二次开发、功能扩展与日常维护工作
2. 负责金蝶ERP系统的定制开发、接口对接及系统优化
3. 参与需求分析与系统设计，独立完成开发任务并输出高质量代码
4. 编写相关技术文档，包括需求文档、设计文档、接口文档及操作手册
5. 配合测试团队完成系统测试，及时修复缺陷并持续优化系统性能
6. 跟进系统上线后的运维支持，保障系统稳定运行

1. 计算机、软件工程、信息管理等相关专业，统招本科及以上学历
2. 具备完整的项目开发经历优先
3. 扎实的Java基础，熟悉JVM原理、多线程编程、集合框架及常用设计模式
4. 熟练掌握Spring、Spring Boot、Spring MVC等主流开发框架
5. 熟练使用MyBatis/MyBatis-Plus，具备复杂SQL编写与优化能力
6. 熟悉MySQL、Oracle等关系型数据库，了解数据库设计及性能调优
7. 熟悉前端技术，包括HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript，了解Vue.js或React者优先
8. 熟练使用Git、Maven/Gradle等开发工具
9. 了解Linux常用命令，具备基本的服务器部署与排查能力
