Job description

1、负责公司核心基础服务的设计、开发，包括服务治理、分层解耦和系统重构
2、制定全公司统一的编码规范、接口契约和技术标准，推动各业务线落地
3、设计高并发、高可用基础架构方案，支撑业务快速增长
4、负责 AI 能力的平台化建设，为各业务线提供稳定可靠的 AI 底座
5、对技术债务持续治理，推动存量系统现代化改造，输出架构演进方案

1、本科及以上，1 年以上 Java 后端经验，有中大型系统从 0 到 1 或复杂系统重构经历优先
2、深入理解微服务架构，具备跨团队协作经验
3、熟悉分布式系统相关议题：CAP、一致性、幂等、分布式锁、分布式事务
4、熟练使用 Spring Cloud / K8s 生态，有服务治理、链路追踪、限流熔断落地经验
5、对 AI 领域有主动探索：了解 RAG、Agent、MCP 等
6、有使用 AI 工具辅助工作实际经验
