The successful candidate should be a strong, hands-on technologist with a B.Tech. and 2+ years of software development experience.  Further, he or she should have a strong application development background, with experience in some or all of the following technologies:

Sencha (Ext JS, Touch), JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML5, CSS, JSON, Data management (MySQL / SQLite / SQL Server), and WebServices. Mobile and Tablet programming experience is a plus (Android, iOS).

A person who is comfortable with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is required.  Other key factors are strong communication skills, self-direction, and solid problem solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative platform solutions.

Principle Responsibilities:
- Execute on a strategic systems and application's road map deliverables
- Develop and deliver platform and application enhancements which meet or exceed customer needs
- Plan and deliver core technology upgrades for application
- Diagnose, design, and implement solutions to key technology or application problems
- Proactively collaborate and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver business impacting projects
- Bring creative solutions to the table

Required Skills:
- Strong, hands-on technical track record
- Proven ability to deliver at application UI and integration with web services levels
- Shown prior work/accomplishment a great plus
- Ability to communicate ideas, alternatives, and solutions
