We're looking for motivated Junior Cloud Engineers who are eager to launch their careers, learn from experienced engineers, and grow in an AI-powered infrastructure environment while working with modern enterprise technologies.
As part of our Cloud Engineering team, you will support enterprise infrastructure, monitor mission-critical systems, resolve operational incidents, and develop your technical skills while helping our customers maintain secure, scalable and reliable platforms.
What you'll do
Monitor infrastructure, system health, performance, security and availability
Provide L1 operational support by responding to alerts and resolving standard infrastructure incidents
Escalate complex issues to higher support levels when required
Perform routine operational tasks, health checks and maintenance activities
Assist with deployments, patching and basic system administration
Follow operational procedures, incident management and security best practices
Maintain operational documentation and runbooks
Continuously learn and contribute to automation and digital transformation initiatives
Job requirements
0–2 years of experience in IT Operations, System Administration, Infrastructure, or a relevant technical education
Basic understanding of Linux, networking and virtualization concepts
Analytical thinking and willingness to learn
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
