KetoKrate is looking for a technogogically minded person to join our team in Austin, Texas. We’re currently a small team of eight people. We’re looking to round out our team with the addition of a person who will ultimately be responsible for the maintenance and development of our entire tech stack.

The title ‘Junior Web Developer’ doesn’t perfectly describe the role, but since we’re a web based business, with most of our tech relying on web applications, a person trained in web development will be able to excel in this role.

The title ‘Tech Lead’ could also be appropriate for this role, given that this hire will eventually participate at the leadership level of the business as the sole point of contact for any technology issues in the business.

This position is full time, work from home, offers 14 days paid vacation and 50% premium paid for health insurance benefits (medical, dental, & vision).

Applicants outside of Austin are welcome, but preference will be given to Austin based applicants.

Compensation negotiated based on experience.

• 1+ year web development experience
• Ability to work independently
• Strong ability to understand the problem and troubleshoot it

It will be a bonus if you have experience with the following:

• Web development (HTML, CSS, JS, APIs)
• Wicked Reports
• ReCharge (Shopify application for recurring charges)
• Shipping platforms (Shipstation, Shiphero, etc.)
• Building fast performing landing pages and working with UI/UX professionals
• Wordpress
• Google Data Studio
• Backend technologies (Node.js, Python, PHP, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Working with leadership to build and connect technology in an automated way relevant to a higher strategic vision
• Being the point of contact for anything and everything related to our tech stack
• Will be responsible for understanding the different applications that can be utilized in order to execute on a larger vision
• Running A/B tests on landing pages working to increase conversion
• Running data analysis (cohort analysis, funnel analysis, etc.) on our acquisition funnels to determine channels that are most profitable
• Research, recommend and implement new marketing technology products
• Integrate marketing technology products with each other
• Ensure data quality within marketing technology products is correct
• Architect of the overall marketing stack of all marketing technology products
• Train and support marketing team on using marketing technology products
