ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Marketing Development Representative to support lead generation, market research, and CRM management for a fast-growing IT services company. You will research and qualify prospects, manage customer database activities, and contribute to conversion initiatives in a remote-first, agile environment with no micromanagement. The role is ideal for someone with 0.5–1 year of experience in sourcing or lead generation who is eager to grow as a marketing specialist.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work with the Customer Database (CRM)
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Generate leads and contribute to conversion initiatives
MUST HAVES
- 0.5–1 year of experience in sourcing or lead generation
- Ability to Google like a Pro and present research in a structured way
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Intermediate English level
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle large volumes of written communication daily
- Aptitude for easy learning and fast adaptation
- Creative thinking and a goal-oriented mindset
NICE TO HAVES
- Knowledge of marketing principles
- Experience with lead generation and CRM
- Understanding of IT technologies
