- Support multiple projects and integrations across production and staging environments
- Test mobile and desktop web applications (functional and non‑functional)
- Verify production configurations and troubleshoot live issues
- Assist with integrations and UAT processes for new brands
- Create complex configurations via internal backend systems
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues
- Report and track defects in JIRA and other bug‑tracking tools
- Help maintain test environments (servers, microservices, databases, deployments)
- Create and execute test plans for projects
- Participate in sprints to ensure development goals are met
