About the role
We are seeking motivated Junior Software Developers with an interest in enterprise software development and insurance technology solutions. In this role, you will work with GraphTalk, a specialized programming language widely used in the insurance industry.
This is a fully on-site position (daily presence in the office in Sofia/ Varna is required), offering the opportunity to work closely with experienced software engineers, business analysts, and architects in a collaborative office environment. You will join an experienced development team and contribute to the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of business-critical insurance applications while receiving hands-on mentorship and professional guidance.
Daily challenges
Develop and deploy secure, maintainable, and efficient software products and systems.
Participate in the enhancement, upgrade, and optimization of existing software solutions.
Contribute to the uphold of high software quality through requirements gathering, testing, and collaborative code reviews.
Develop and maintain technical and user documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and transparency.
Collaborate with client or account representatives on project activities.
eXperience and skills required
Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, similar technical field of study or equivalent experience in a related field.
Practical and/or theoretical knowledge in one or more programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, GraphTalk, Python, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular, NodeJS, React.js.
Fluent in English language.
1+ years of experience in the IT Services industry is a plus.
Skills in relevant operating systems, building management, automation is a plus.
Understanding and ability to work in agile Scrum and DevOps environments is a plus.
