About this Role
What you’ll do
- Develop well-structured, maintainable, and well-documented code aligned with company standards
- Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of software products, services, features, and modules
- Support software solutions through Level 3 incident and issue resolution
- Document system enhancements, changes, and technical specifications
- Collaborate effectively within distributed, cross-functional teams across multiple locations and time zones
- Manage multiple workstreams and prioritise deliverables to meet agreed timelines and milestones
- Participate in planning, estimations, and scheduling of development tasks
- Ensure high-quality delivery through adherence to the software development lifecycle and continuous integration practices
Who you are
- Demonstrated interest in software development across web, mobile, or communication technologies
- Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and software development lifecycle concepts
- Familiarity or experience with one or more of the following: Java, Spring, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, Angular
- Basic knowledge of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, XML, and web services
- Foundational understanding of relational databases
- Awareness of version control systems such as Git
- Exposure to Linux environments (administration, scripting, or maintenance) is beneficial
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM) is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international, multicultural environment
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher; additional languages are beneficial
