We are seeking a Knowledge Sharing Systems Owner (Senior-level).

Located on-site in Newport News, VA.

ESN is seeking a Knowledge Sharing Systems Owner (Senior-level) to support a contract with our Navy customer at Newport News Shipbuilding in Newport News, VA. This opportunity provides maintenance support for all aircraft carrier availabilities in the areas of Knowledge Management, Process Improvement, and Change Management.  

Experience Requirement:

  • DoD/DON procedures and policies (DOD 5000 process).
  • Proven experience in managing a government contract.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience in managing a team.

Education & Certification Requirement:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Management discipline and 5 years professional experience in program/project management AND 3 years professional experience in directly involved in the planning and execution of CVN availabilities from a private or public shipyard’s perspective

OR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management discipline and 10 years professional experience in program/project management AND 5 years professional experience in directly involved in the planning and execution of CVN availabilities from a private or public shipyard’s perspective.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP).

Security Clearance:

  • Must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET clearance.
