Role:
- Developing and implementing features for web applications
- Mentoring and training less experienced members of the team
- Working with C#, Angular, SQL, and HTML
- Manage delivery efforts
- Oversee the planning, prioritizing, and execution of project's progress
- Collaborate with Product Owners, QAs, and other internal stakeholders to improve apps
- Evaluate performance and set goals for teams and individuals

Requirements
3+ years of experience:
- Developing applications with..
- C#
- Angular
- JavaScript
- SQL
- HTML - Using thorough requirements to develop and implement features / updates
- Ensuring applications hit performance metrics and remain optimized on web and database servers
- High attention to detail and well organized
- Well spoken / written and able to communicate well with stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds
- Leading and mentoring a team of developers (ideally 3+)
- Experienced tracking team and individual performance and performing code reviews
- Working with Git
- Using issue tracking tools like JIRA or similar
- Previous use of indexing tools like Solr/Elasticsearch is a plus
