- Degree in Computer Science,
Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience - Proven track record as a
Tech Lead or Senior Full Stack Engineer with leadership responsibilities - Strong experience in
backend development with Python and Django as well as modern frontend
technologies (React, TypeScript) - Experience in leading
teams, including hiring, coaching, and mentoring engineers - Hands-on experience with
system design, REST API development, and microservices - Familiarity with CI/CD
pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern DevOps practices - Strong communication skills
in English (German a plus) - Enthusiasm for clean code,
automation, and sustainable engineering practices - Passion for sustainability
and motivation to contribute to the energy transition

Responsibilities:
- Build and Lead a Team: Hire, onboard, and coach a high-performing
cross-functional team of backend, frontend, and QA engineers. - 6–8 years of professional experience in software engineering,
including at least several years in senior or lead roles. - Drive Delivery: Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring milestones are met
with quality, scalability, and sustainability in mind. - Hands-on Guidance: Contribute actively to the codebase, lead by example in both
backend and frontend development, and support complex technical
challenges. - Set Technical Direction: Shape system architecture, define coding
standards, and guide the adoption of best practices across the team. - Foster Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering Managers and other engineering teams to
ensure alignment and smooth integration. - Ensure Quality: Oversee testing, code reviews, and QA practices to maintain
high-quality standards across all deliverables. - Scale for the Future: Lay the foundations for a sustainable, scalable external team that
can grow with the company’s evolving needs.
