Position
We are searching for a Lead Frontend Developer - Angular.
This role bridges the creative and technical aspects of project delivery. Supervising a team of Frontend Developers, Frontend Team Lead designs and implements the Frontend technical architecture. Frontend Team Lead integrates frontend and server-side technologies to merge the technical architecture with creative designs and art direction. To achieve this integrated approach, the qualified candidate must have a fundamental understanding of the creative aesthetic while implementing technically across a variety of platforms and frameworks, as well as participate in project planning and knowledge leadership. Ultimately, Frontend Team Lead is responsible for all aspects of Frontend technical architecture and development including all project related browser and server technologies responsible for rendering the user experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-level applications and features using modern JS frameworks and tools
- Architect and define the Frontend to solve complex designs and interactions
- Creation of all coded Frontend deliverables
- Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver highly functional features
- Mentor and lead two to three other front-end developers.
- Participate in scoping and planning work
- Write technical documentation, white papers, presentations, contributes to determining internal processes
- Lead recruiting of new Frontend employees
Requirements
- Required 5+ years of experience in frontend application architecture, design, and development using
- Angular
- State Management using ngRx
- Well versed with the angular material library
- Material Design principles
- JavaScript, Typescript
- Really good understanding of simplifying CSS
- UI Design using Figma or Adobe XD
- Required Experience in Using Rest APIs
- Well versed with AWS Amplify
- Preferred Experience
- Gatsby / Netlify/ Jamstack
- MEAN stack
- Firebase
- Elasticsearch experience
- Other desired skills
- Information Architecture, graphic design experience
- Understanding of good design principles and ability to adhere to complex design specifications during implementation
- Excellent teamwork and team management skills
