You ensure end-to-end product delivery
→ Frontend and backend systems are built, integrated, and deployed seamlessly

→ Code is secure, maintainable, performant, and production-ready

You drive execution and prioritization
→ Features are delivered on time while balancing technical debt and product goals

You build a strong, collaborative engineering culture
→ The team operates with ownership, accountability, and a problem-solving mindset

What You’ve Done Before

  • Led and mentored engineering teams in a full stack environment (non-negotiable
  • Built and scaled web (and ideally mobile) applications from scratc
  • Made architectural decisions for scalable SaaS product
  • Worked closely with product and business stakeholder
  • Owned end-to-end development across frontend and backend systems
