Lead I - Software Testing- Senior Automation QA Engineer (C#, Selenium)

We are looking for a Senior Automation QA Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver, C# .net. The ideal candidate should be able to independently drive automation initiatives, build scalable automation frameworks, mentor junior team members, and work effectively within Agile teams. 

Required Skills

• 6+ years of QA Automation experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, C# ,net.
• Experience with NUnit/MSTest/xUnit and Page Object Model (POM).
• Expertise in Data-Driven and Hybrid Automation Frameworks.
• API testing using Postman, RestSharp, or Swagger.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
• Strong SQL and database validation skills.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter, k6, or LoadRunner.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated functional, regression, integration, and E2E test scripts.
• Create test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain reusable automation frameworks and libraries.
• Validate APIs, backend services, and database consistency.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Provide automation coverage, test metrics, and quality status reports.
