What makes you a good fit:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in information security within the banking sector,
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field,
- Strong knowledge of defense-in-depth security architecture and threat modelling,
- Comprehensive understanding of network, server, endpoint, identity & access management, application security, and emerging technologies,
- Experience in generative AI tools usage with strict compliance with data privacy and corporate security principles,
- Advanced knowledge of security frameworks and standards,
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills,
- Industry-recognized certifications (CISSP) are a plus.
What you’ll experience working at Softtech:
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to assess risks and guide security controls,
- Play a key role in designing and governing security architecture across all banking security devices,
- Lead POC processes for new security products and technologies,
- Develop and implement effective security policies, procedures and controls,
- Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them into security strategy across all IT processes and infrastructure,
- Conduct threat modelling exercises for existing systems and new projects,
- Provide strategic direction and mentoring to junior team members, ensuring alignment with corporate security goals.
