You will join a highly technical team building a custom diffusion-based generative model and the surrounding training and data infrastructure. This is not fine-tuning an existing model; it is a ground-up implementation of a new architecture designed for high-end creative production.
Requirements
Must haves:
- This role will be a Team Lead and requires prior leadership experience
- Expert-level PyTorch
- Proven experience training custom diffusion models
- Deep understanding of attention mechanisms, U-Nets, VAEs, schedulers
- Ability to implement modular model components from architectural specs
- Training optimization (mixed precision, batching, checkpointing)
- Clean coding practices and strong documentation
- Ability to evaluate and improve visual model outputs
Nice to haves:
- Experience with HuggingFace Diffusers
- Work in image/video generation
- Knowledge of control nets, inpainting, style conditioning
