  • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout all project phases including feasibility, FEED, detailed design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

  • Ensure project scope is clearly defined and manage changes in accordance with project change management procedures.

  • Participate in project meetings, design reviews, HAZIDs/HAZOPs, and client engagements.

  • Provide technical input during procurement, including requisitions, bid evaluations, and purchase order technical reviews.

  • Proactively identify technical risks and execution challenges, developing practical solutions in collaboration with the project team.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead, coordinate, and mentor process engineers and designers assigned to projects.

  • Define work packages, allocate resources, and manage workload distribution across the team, including promoting workshare where appropriate.

  • Provide coaching, technical oversight, and performance feedback to team members.

  • Support the professional development of junior and intermediate process engineers through mentoring and technical guidance.

  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment focused on safety, quality, and delivery excellence.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all process engineering deliverables comply with Worley standards, client specifications, and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with project quality management and checking procedures.

  • Promote and uphold Worley’s safety culture and values across all project activities.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a key technical interface with clients, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Proactively resolve discrepancies between Worley and client requirements.

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of scope, priorities, and execution strategies.
