We are expanding our Python backend capabilities and want a Lead Python Developer to own architecture, quality, and secure delivery. You will guide the team through code reviews, optimize performance, and support AWS releases plus ReactJS integration work—apply now.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable backend systems and services
- Partner with team members to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Run code reviews and provide direction to uphold coding standards
- Tune system performance and fix technical issues as they arise
- Supervise integration of third-party APIs and external services
- Produce and maintain technical documentation for new and existing features
- Champion best practices across the software development lifecycle
- Lead continuous improvement of team processes and technical skills
Requirements
- Relevant professional software development experience of 5 years or more
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading and managing development teams
- Advanced Python skills for building, maintaining, and enhancing applications
- Experience with ReactJS to build user interfaces and integrate with backend systems
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud deployment and operations
- Strong foundation in database design, management, and optimization
- Working proficiency with Git for version control and collaboration
- Experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask
- Understanding of Python web server configuration and deployment
- Awareness of security best practices in software engineering
- Experience implementing user authentication and authorization mechanisms
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
- Excellent English communication skills (B2+ Upper-Intermediate or higher), written and spoken
