We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer with expertise in Java full-stack development who is skilled in Angular and other cutting-edge technologies to design, build and maintain high-quality software solutions. This role involves working on scalable microservices-based architecture, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems and driving technical excellence in our processes. This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating reliable, scalable software solutions while leveraging full-stack expertise to meet complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java 8, Spring Boot and Angular
  • Build, test and deploy microservices and REST APIs while ensuring system scalability and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions
  • Implement front-end components with HTML, CSS and JavaScript to ensure responsiveness and accessibility
  • Optimize application performance through effective coding strategies and debugging
  • Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software deployment
  • Manage source code and version control using tools like Git
  • Conduct automated testing using JUnit to ensure software quality
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in development and production environments
  • Integrate industry best practices into software design processes

Requirements

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in software engineering with a strong grasp of modern software development practices
  • At least 4 years of experience in Java development
  • Proficiency in Java 8, Spring and Spring Boot for back-end development
  • Expertise in Angular, JavaScript, HTML and CSS for front-end development
  • Understanding of REST APIs, PostgreSQL and Oracle database systems
  • Capability to work with microservices architectures and cloud-based applications
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Git
  • Background in resolving technical challenges during design, development and production phases
  • Showcase of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts and collaborate effectively
  • Minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level of English
