Standard Job Description
The Special Programs is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer (LdSE). You will report to the program area Lead Systems Engineer and work closely with Chief Engineers and program managers, IPT leads and engineering leads to drive technical excellence and mission success. Additionally, you will lead systems engineering transformation efforts, including Digital Engineering and MBSE. |
Basic Qualifications
| • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM), or related • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional engineering activities in support of missile programs, including but not limited to trade studies, system analyses to bound requirements and finalize the architecture, configuration control of the technical baseline, verification planning and execution, affordability considerations, and risk and opportunity management. • Experience required includes DoD tactical system development program experience, customer interface, requirements derivation/allocation, integration and test planning and execution, understanding of Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) and their application, and participation or leadership in major design reviews. • Final Secret Clearance required to start |

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00
