They are comfortable partnering in a matrixed environment, influencing through trust and clarity, and improving operating standards without adding unnecessary process.

  • 7+ years of experience in program operations, technical program management, delivery operations, agile delivery, or a related technology operations role.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting agile teams and delivery practices, including practical use of tools such as Jira and Confluence.

  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, and communicating operating insights that provide transparency into team health, progress, risks, and delivery effectiveness.

  • Strong facilitation skills, including experience supporting planning rhythms such as quarterly planning,  retrospectives, and operational readouts.

  • Comfort operating across geographies, cultures, and time zones, with a collaborative style that builds connection and alignment across distributed teams.

  • Preferred: experience with supply chain and/or planning technology delivery.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will champion delivery excellence across Supply Chain & Planning Technology by driving consistent operating standards, delivery frameworks, and execution practices. Your work will provide clear visibility into team health, program execution, and operational effectiveness so leaders and teams can make better decisions, address risks sooner, and continuously improve how teams deliver.

Quarterly Planning Readiness — Support the quarterly planning process and facilitation by ensuring teams are prepared, aligned, and set up for successful execution.

Dashboards, Reporting, and Insights — Create and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide transparency into team performance, progress, and risks; use insights to highlight gaps and drive improvements.
