Role Description
We are seeking a highly driven Senior Program Manager with 4–9 years of experience and a strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional programs, driving execution, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end program management for key business initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, operations and compliance.
- Define program scope, goals, timelines and success metrics.
- Track progress, identify risks and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Drive stakeholder communication and alignment across all levels.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to fintech.
- Analyze program performance and recommend improvements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
Skills
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–9 years of experience in program/project management.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of the fintech space (payments (preferred) or banking).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and Technical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in agile or fast-paced environments.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive outcomes independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in fintech banking or financial services.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance processes.
- Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence
