BAE Systems Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) business area is seeking a Quality Manager I to lead a team of Program Quality Engineers on the F-35 Lifecycle Operations team in New Hampshire. In this role, you will help amplify the voice of quality throughout the organization with proactive and predictable implementation of the Quality Sciences.

Your primary objective will be to provide guidance and oversight to ensure that the program continues to execute while meeting all quality requirements. You will leverage your knowledge and experience to help identify and mitigate early warning indicators in support of meeting quality, cost, and on-time delivery targets. This includes fostering communication with internal and external customers, setting quality-focused performance objectives, providing constructive feedback, championing continuous improvement, and helping the team make decisions and drive actions based on data.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Providing clear communication of quality requirements to all affected disciplines
  • Collaborating with factory and program leadership to ensure resources and priorities are aligned
  • Driving comprehensive Root Cause/Corrective Action (RCCA) through to closure
  • Reviewing and analyzing data to drive continuous improvement
  • Overseeing and executing Quality Management Systems Audits
  • Writing Basis of Estimate (BOE) and supporting proposals
Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite across several New Hampshire facilities and remotely to support your team’s schedule.
