岗位职责：
1.开发并维护有效的外教招聘渠道，包括招聘平台、社交媒体、教师社群等。发布外教招聘信息，吸引优质外教候选人；
2.筛选简历，评估候选人的教学能力和适配性。密切跟进候选人完成招聘全流程，保证入职外教资质符合要求；
3.招聘流程SOP执行，解答外教在流程中遇到的问题，确保外教顺利上岗；
4.定期进行数据汇总，提升招聘流程转化效率，达成招聘目标。
任职资格
1.全日制本科及以上学历，有留学背景或国内重点大学毕业生优先
2.人力资源/教育/英语相关专业优先
3.英语读写熟练，英语大学六级及以上优先
4.具有外教招聘或人力资源管理的相关经验，优先考虑
5.每周工作时间不少于4天，周末可以上班者优先考虑
