Job description

岗位职责：
负责教育平台核心互动功能开发，包括：  
1. H5动画课件引擎架构设计  
2. 学习行为数据可视化系统开发  
3. 跨端动画性能优化方案实施  
4. 主导前沿动画技术预研，推动Lottie/WebGL在教育场景的落地  

任职要求：
5年以上前端开发经验，具备复杂动画系统架构能力  

技术栈要求：  
1. 精通CSS3/Canvas/WebGL动画渲染管线与优化技巧  
2. 掌握GSAP/PixiJS等专业库的深度定制开发  
3. 熟悉移动端动画性能调优方法论（对象池/离屏渲染等）  

有以下经验者优先：  
1. 开发过教育类互动课件或教育游戏项目  
2. 主导开源动画工具链建设  
3. 具备Three.js/Blender基础3D能力
