About the Role:
As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll become an expert in a specialized mode of transportation (such as Full-Truckload, Less-Than-Truckload, or Drayage). You'll be a resource that will support daily shipment activities for our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and helping to grow the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Become a go-to expert on all administrative tasks related to your assigned accounts.
- Document and manage tasks in our internal systems to ensure everything stays on track.
- Schedule and coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery.
- Help resolve any shipping issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external clients.
- Assist with billing and payment processing as needed.
What You Need:
- Customer service experience
- Be punctual (work starts at 7:00 A.M. on-site)
- A strong work ethic with a history of excellent attendance.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
