- Architect and roll out solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and related low-code/no-code platforms.
- Assess existing workflows to pinpoint automation and process improvement opportunities.
- Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to capture requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
- Construct automated workflows, digital forms, and system integrations that enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform comprehensive testing to confirm applications satisfy functional and non-functional criteria.
- Produce and upkeep documentation, including solution design documents, configuration records, security and compliance materials, deployment guides, and training resources.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, spanning IT, business units, and external vendors, to supply applications aligned with business needs.
- Uphold ICT security and data governance standards across all solutions delivered.
- Track the performance of deployed solutions and resolve issues as they arise.
- Introduce enhancements to existing applications based on monitoring insights and user feedback.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience developing applications, with emphasis on low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Proficiency configuring and administering low-code platforms, including workflow design, rules engines, process logic, data validation, and UI components.
- Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, agile methodologies (Scrum, TDD, Pair Programming), web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), databases (SQL, NoSQL), and API integrations with enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, paired with excellent communication skills and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
