Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to support daily manufacturing operations. This position plays a critical role in operating production equipment efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery according to production guidelines.

• Set up machines and adjust controls to meet product specifications.

• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production schedules.

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

• Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic machine upkeep.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.

• Support team members and assist with additional production duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.

• Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.

• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

• Ability to perform physical labor and stand for extended periods.

• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
