Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of CNC machines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate machine setups and operations.
- Set up and adjust machines according to job requirements and quality standards.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
- Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet specifications.
- Adhere to safety standards and practices to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production numbers, and maintenance activities.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience operating machines in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
- Strong understanding of machining techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic math skills and the ability to use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Familiarity with safety protocols and ability to follow instructions carefully.

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours:
- Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or Monday - Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- 40 hours per week
- 8 or 10 hour shift
