Overview:
We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our team. In this role, you will operate and maintain extrusion lines that keep production running safely, efficiently, and at a high quality.
Responsibilities:
- Operate extrusion lines to meet production goals.
- Monitor product quality and record inspection results accurately.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and partner with maintenance for a resolution.
- Perform line changeovers, cleaning, and basic preventative maintenance.
- Package and label finished product to meet specifications.
- Follow all safety standards and support a safe work environment.
- Complete production and quality documentation in a timely manner.
- Support team operations to keep lines running efficiently.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Manufacturing or extrusion experience required.
- Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift (2-2-3 schedule).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- Reliable work history and willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
