What you will be doing
- Responsible for filling out the reports indicated in the work instructions and/or control plan
- Perform measurements/inspections on the product according to the indicated frequency
- Responsible for filling the racks and changing them as many times as the process requires during the shift
- Operate the equipment in accordance with work instructions and following established parameters
- Carry out inspection and cleaning routines according to the established program
- Palatize the shift’s production for delivery to the annealing oven
- Attend and participate in a variety of meetings and task force groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements and policies.
- Knowledge of chemical hazards, waste management procedures, and implementation of emergency response procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to maintain work flow or respond to emergency conditions.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintains work area in a clean and orderly condition in accordance with 5S standards.
- Requires the ability to perform all duties within limitation of the standard methods and procedures, and in accordance with strict adherence to HSE, quality and productivity requirements.
- Wear all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
